One night I’m eating sushi with Warren (our CFO), talking through how to build relationships with operators across NYC. The next week I’m having khachapuri with Bo (our co-CEO), who mentions he wants to join Account Executives on facility visits. From day one, it’s been clear leadership here doesn’t just sit behind dashboards - they’re in the field and trust us to run with it.

I joined in July ‘25 and work with the New York market. I’ve been given an incredible amount of ownership with support when I ask for it. I recently worked with a Staffing Coordinator and Director of Nursing who’d had a tougher experience with Clipboard in the past. Instead of dodging it, leaders from both Sales and Product leaned in to support. We prepped together, role-played, they joined the call, let me lead, and stepped in only where helpful. A few days later, I stopped by the facility in person with Halloween candy, and the tone had shifted - they were open, curious, and ready to reassess based on what Clipboard is today.

That’s what I like most about this role: real conversations, real learning in the market, and autonomy backed by a team and product that are already top notch and always getting better.

Clipboard gives you ownership quickly. If you’re hungry, accountable, and able to deliver, you’ll get opportunities that most people wait years for. I know because I’ve lived it.

I joined Clipboard two years ago as an Account Executive. Within months, I was coaching other reps on live calls, fixing talk tracks, unblocking deals, and stepping into gaps wherever the team needed support. That ownership led to Sales Management, and now a hybrid Corporate Partnerships + player-coach role: I work with some of the largest long-term care groups in the country while directly supporting five Account Executives - helping them chop up deals, refine their approach, and navigate complex conversations.

Working here is also genuinely fun. In the last two years, I’ve been to 12 different states for events, customer visits, and national conferences - Florida for a leadership summit, Las Vegas for conferences, regular trips to New York to meet with customers and their corporate teams - to name just a few. I’ve met our entire team in person multiple times and have formed extremely close friendships with other Clipboarders along the way. This is a role that pushes you professionally, but it also gives you experiences and connections you don’t get in a typical sales job.

What keeps me here, beyond the adrenaline and the people, is the impact. We’re solving a deeply human problem: keeping long-term care communities staffed so residents receive the care they deserve. Check out [this blog post](https://www.clipboardworks.com/resources/blog/what-we-do-matters-f2f) for a recent experience I had that truly brought this home.

If you want to grow fast, learn more in one year than most learn in five, surround yourself with smart, low-ego teammates, and collect a few wild stories along the way, Clipboard is the place.

I’ve been in sales for about 10 years now and it is extremely rare to find yourself in a place that:

1. Has extremely driven, inspiring people.
2. The best solution that makes a real impact in the lives of people and the communities that they serve.
3. And is genuinely a fun place to work!

I’m grateful for every day here at Clipboard. I started in April 2024 and have been lucky enough to support our partners all across the country. I recently moved to leading new business efforts across the broader Philly metro area, where I’ve been fortunate enough to live my entire life.

Our culture is built on coachability and accountability and it’s truly energizing to be in an environment where feedback is seen as a gift and personal egos never impede growth. The incredibly fast pace and high standards here have pushed me to sell bigger and more complex deals faster than anywhere I’ve worked.

One “A-ha” moment early one that truly demonstrated Clipboard’s impact was hearing the story of a Director of Nursing. She had been working every weekend for nearly two years, unable to visit her grandkids out of town because she didn’t trust her staffing provider enough to leave her facility. I worked with her and got her set up on Clipboard, which gave her the confidence in coverage she needed. It didn’t just solve her staffing problem; it gave her back the time and freedom to finally prioritize her family and herself.

There are millions of healthcare professionals across this country that have similar pains. It is an honor and privilege to learn about their stories while giving them the relief they so desperately deserve. It’s why we strive to execute at such a high level everyday, and why we win more often than not.

I joined Clipboard in March 2025 as an Inbound Sales Account Executive, bringing with me over five years of experience in the senior living industry. My senior living journey began as most people’s does - in Activities. I found great joy in my relationships with my residents and their families. Working with the families naturally led me into sales and leasing, where I was able to guide families through one of the most important transitions in their loved ones’ lives.

While my sales background may look a little different than the rest of my team, I’ve felt nothing but support and encouragement since I’ve started working at Clipboard. Working in inbound sales gave me valuable insight into what matters most to our customers and what truly sets Clipboard apart as a trusted partner in senior care. I’ve loved hearing success stories on how our work helped facilities deliver the highest quality care to their residents.

Today, I’m proud to oversee the Chicago Territory, focusing on building new business and fostering lasting relationships with our local community. As a lifelong Chicagoan, it’s incredibly rewarding to partner with facilities right in my own backyard. I’m excited to continue growing with Clipboard and can’t wait to see what’s ahead for our team and customers.
